We are not a property agent, lettings platform, legal adviser, financial adviser, surveyor, or investment adviser. Do not rely solely on our content when making rental, purchase, visa, insurance, legal, or investment decisions.

Building data may have errors

We compile building information from public sources, developer materials, and resident submissions. Details such as unit sizes, facilities, and management policies can change. Always verify directly with the building or landlord before signing a lease.

Rent prices are estimates

Rent ranges shown on this site are estimates based on publicly available listings at the time of writing. Actual rents vary by floor, view, furnishing, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any listed price reflects current availability.

We are not a property agent

CRT does not directly list properties for rent or sale, does not facilitate tenancy agreements, and does not represent landlords, developers, buyers, or tenants. Some links on the site are affiliate links (e.g. Wise) — we may earn a small commission if you sign up through them, at no cost to you. This does not influence our editorial content.

Paid condo reports

Paid condo reports are manually prepared using available public data, listing information, review signals, and our own editorial judgement. They are intended to help you ask better questions and identify risks, not to replace professional due diligence. Pricing, availability, ownership status, building rules, and management conditions can change after a report is delivered.

If a refund policy is stated on the report page at the time of purchase, that policy applies to that purchase. We reserve the right to decline report requests that are outside our coverage, impossible to verify, abusive, or unsuitable for manual review.

Sponsored placements

We may sell clearly labeled sponsored placements, partner placements, or affiliate placements. Sponsored placements do not affect building ratings, review summaries, editorial recommendations, or whether a building is included on the site. We may reject advertisers or remove placements that do not fit the site's audience or trust standards.

User reviews

Reviews are anonymous and submitted voluntarily. By submitting a review you confirm you have direct experience with the building and that your responses are honest. We reserve the right to remove reviews that appear fraudulent. We display results as aggregated percentages only — no individual responses are shown.
