Analytics and measurement
We use Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs Analytics to understand traffic patterns, popular pages, referrers, countries, device types, and whether site changes are working. These tools may collect technical information such as page URL, referrer, approximate location, browser, device, and event interactions.
Contact forms
Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree. When you submit a form, your name, email, and message are sent to Formspree and forwarded to us by email. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Report requests and newsletter signups
Condo report requests and newsletter signups may be stored in Supabase. This can include your email address, requested building, report type, message, subscription source, and request status. We use this information to deliver reports, respond to enquiries, manage subscriptions, and understand which site features are useful.
Building reviews
Reviews are anonymous. The star ratings and radio button responses you submit contain no personally identifiable information. We do not store your IP address or any identifier linked to your review.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage or session storage for basic interface behavior such as dark mode, newsletter modal dismissal, and subscription status. Analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies depending on their configuration. We do not run session recording tools.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.

Sponsored placements
