How It Works
Whether you're researching your next home or sharing your rental experience, here's everything you need to know.
For Renters: Finding the Right Condo
Search for a Building
Use our search to find any condo in Bangkok by name or browse by neighborhood. If you've seen a listing on Facebook, DDProperty, or elsewhere, search for the building name to see reviews.
Check the Livability Score
Each building has a 0-100 Livability Score based on tenant reviews. The score factors in noise levels, management quality, internet, contract fairness, deposit returns, and overall satisfaction.
Review Key Metrics
Pay special attention to the deposit return rate — this tells you what percentage of tenants got their deposit back. Also check hidden fees reports, foreigner-friendliness, and specific issues like noise or pests.
Make an Informed Decision
Read detailed tenant reviews for specific advice, unit recommendations, and things to watch out for. Armed with this information, you can negotiate better terms or avoid problematic buildings entirely.

How Scoring Works
Our Livability Score (0-100) is calculated from tenant reviews using a weighted formula:
Buildings need at least 2 reviews to receive a score. Scores are adjusted for review count — more reviews = higher confidence.
