Why We Built This
We started this project after noticing the same questions appearing in expat communities over and over: "Is this building good?", "Did anyone get their deposit back?", "Any issues with noise?"
The answers were scattered across Reddit threads, Facebook groups, and expat forums — valuable information buried in years of posts, impossible to search when you actually need it.
Thailand doesn't have a centralized review system for rentals like many other countries. No equivalent of Zillow reviews or RateMyLandlord. We decided to build one — a single place where all this community knowledge could live and be easily searchable.
Our Mission
Renting in Bangkok as an expat or digital nomad shouldn't be a gamble. Yet thousands face deposit issues, hidden fees, and building problems every year — with no way to know beforehand what they're getting into.
Our goal is simple: make rental decisions easier by giving you access to real tenant experiences before you sign that 12-month lease.

Each building gets a 0-100 score based on noise, management, deposit returns, and overall tenant satisfaction.

Deposit Tracking
See what percentage of tenants got their deposits back — crucial info before signing.
Who We Are
We're a small team who've rented in Bangkok and experienced the challenges firsthand. We've scrolled through countless forum posts looking for building info, asked the same questions in expat groups, and wished there was a better way.
This project is independent and community-driven. We're not affiliated with any property agencies, developers, or landlords. No sponsored listings, no paid reviews, no agent commissions.
Our only goal is to make the information that already exists in the community more accessible and useful.
