How We Review Buildings
We don't accept payment for reviews. We don't take sponsored rankings.
What We Verify
- •Developer, year built, unit count — from official sources and property databases
- •Transit access — actual walking distance, not vague "nearby" claims
- •Facilities — only what's documented, never assumed
What We Disclose
- •Building age and density — older buildings and high unit counts affect daily life
- •Known trade-offs — noise, crowding, distance from transit
- •Who the building is not suitable for — we tell you if it's not a good fit for expats
What We Don't Do
- •Invent facilities we can't verify — if we don't have documentation, we don't list it
- •Exaggerate transit proximity — "5 min walk" means 5 minutes, not 15
- •Hide downsides to make buildings look better — every building has trade-offs, and we state them
Confidence Levels
Every building profile reflects our confidence in the information. If we're uncertain about something, we say so. We'd rather under-claim than mislead.
HIGHVerified from multiple sources
MEDIUMBased on reliable but limited sources
LOWInferred or unverified — flagged clearly
