What We Verify

•Developer, year built, unit count — from official sources and property databases
•Transit access — actual walking distance, not vague "nearby" claims
•Facilities — only what's documented, never assumed

What We Disclose

•Building age and density — older buildings and high unit counts affect daily life
•Known trade-offs — noise, crowding, distance from transit
•Who the building is not suitable for — we tell you if it's not a good fit for expats

What We Don't Do

•Invent facilities we can't verify — if we don't have documentation, we don't list it
•Exaggerate transit proximity — "5 min walk" means 5 minutes, not 15
•Hide downsides to make buildings look better — every building has trade-offs, and we state them

Confidence Levels

Every building profile reflects our confidence in the information. If we're uncertain about something, we say so. We'd rather under-claim than mislead.

If any information is outdated or incorrect, let us know. We update building profiles regularly and take corrections seriously.
