What was good
Excellent building! Management is professional, always responsive. The 2BR units are spacious.
What was bad
Parking can be tight during peak hours. Some elevators are slow during rush hour.
Advice for Future Tenants
The 2BR pool-facing units on high floors are the best.

Convenient location, modern facilities. Nice co-working space on the ground floor.

Road noise was unbearable, especially early morning. Had to sleep with earplugs.
Deposit Experience
They deducted 6000 THB for paint touch-ups that seemed excessive.
Advice for Future Tenants
AVOID road-facing units. The noise from Ratchada is constant.

Great location near MRT, excellent gym and facilities. Staff is helpful and speaks good English.

Can be noisy from the main road. Some units get hot in the afternoon.

Ask for a high floor unit facing the city, not the road.
