Overview
Noble State 39 is Noble's "Smart City" interpretation of Art Deco. Completed in 2022, it blends brutalist concrete shapes with retro-futuristic arches. It was marketed as a "To Be Modern is to Be Timeless" project.
With 352 units, it is famous for its heavy integration of technology (voice control, smart mirrors) and its "Creative Forest" concept which dismantles the traditional lobby into a deconstructed indoor/outdoor space.
Developer
Noble Development is the brand for the "eccentric wealthy." They don't do gold/marble. They do concrete, brass, and green. State 39 is their tech-forward flagship in Phrom Phong.
