dcondo Ping is the newest and most modern of the three Sansiri "dcondo" projects clustered around Central Festival (the others being Nim and Sign). Completed in 2018, it refines the resort concept with a "Ping River" theme, featuring wooden accents and a massive lagoon-style pool that runs the entire length of the project.

It sits adjacent to dcondo Nim and shares the same major benefit: a private walkway to Central Festival. However, dcondo Ping offers slightly upgraded common areas, including a better-equipped co-working space that appeals directly to the digital nomad crowd.
