What was good
The views from floor 42 are breathtaking. Location is perfect for working professionals.
What was bad
Contract had some hidden clauses about cleaning fees. Lost 15% of deposit.

They charged 3000 THB for AC cleaning and 4500 THB for deep cleaning.
Advice for Future Tenants
Negotiate cleaning fees upfront. Get everything in writing.

Unbeatable location - 1 min to BTS and MRT. Amazing rooftop facilities.

Lower floors can hear traffic from Sukhumvit. Building had some legal issues.

Go for high floors for the views and less noise.
